钼坡莫磁粉芯[MPP cores]钼坡莫磁粉芯与高通量磁粉芯一样出现于二十世纪中期,它是用成份为:Ni81%;Mo2%;其余为Fe的钼坡莫合金粉末生产的磁芯。合金成份控制范围是Ni79-81.5%;Mo1.8-2.2%;其余为Fe。冶炼的合金通过雾化或用哈密塔磨粉机制成-80目以下的各种不同粒度的粉末用于生产磁粉芯。钼坡莫磁粉芯的饱和磁感应强度Bs值为600-800mT,使用安匝数在200以内。在现有使用的金属软磁粉芯中,钼坡莫磁粉芯具有*高的有效导磁率。1kHz以下使用的钼坡莫磁粉芯有效导磁率μе可达500以上,而它在金属软磁粉芯中损耗是*小的。特别适合于在较高的频率下使用,如μе26的钼坡莫磁粉芯可在20-30MHz情况下使用,其综合性能优于软磁铁氧体。各种性能档次的磁粉芯我们都可生产。但原材料能保证正常供应,CSC可以大批量生产供货的产品一般在μе26-200。分以下各种性能档次:μе26;μе60;μе75;μе90;μе125;μе147;μе160;μе173;μе200等。也可按用户要求的特定μе值供货。钼坡莫磁粉芯CSC用CM来表示。各种型号规格的钼坡莫磁粉芯的标记方法是用CM加上磁芯外径尺寸和有效导磁率,如型号为CM229125的磁粉芯表示外径为22.9mm,其标准尺寸为22.9×14×7.6(22.86×13.97×7.62mm)mm,有效导磁率μе为125的钼坡莫磁粉芯。具体标记方法与高通量磁粉芯标记方法相同。钼坡莫磁粉芯涂层色标为灰色。 | |||||||||
