 练泥机又名炮泥机、挤泥机、陶泥挤出机、陶瓷土挤出机、雕塑泥搅泥机。配置国际250减速机，配置360V,3KW电机。质量可靠。经久*。加料齿轮传动下压方式。解决了练泥机送料难的问题。主要以矿业炮泥，陶瓷加工搅拌陶泥，该机双对轴加料搅拌，利用悬浮式旋转泥刀，把原料在泥缸里充分旋转挤压出来。出的陶泥硬度粘度都能达到制陶所需，减少了人工陶池踩泥的劳动力，并且解决了人工和泥时泥土颗粒大容易出现的陶瓷沙眼问题。

  练泥机在运转时，特别注意杜绝手、铁铲和其它硬的棍条不得伸入到喂料口，不损坏机件。禁止在练泥机运转时，用手或其他工具用力挤压喂料口的泥土。

控制好泥条的干湿度，冲压土一般含水量控制在22.5-23之间（依产品的大小，结构的不同对泥条的含水量要求有稍许调整，一般大件产品或泥条小产品大的产品含水量要求适当高些），辊压土含水量一般控制在22.3-22.8之间，泥土太硬须多练几遍，直至达到标准。一般在di一次练三遍能达到含水量24-25.5。 

        出泥嘴可根据客户要求定做（包括形状和尺寸）：

练泥机的操作流程：

 1．检查练泥机起重运输设备及起吊工具应完好；检查练泥机螺旋或铰刀片与螺旋装卡应牢固。

 2．输送、装卸泥料的起重运输设备应有专人负责，遵守起重运输an操作规程并严禁他人启动操作。吊装输送一定要与上、下工序连接好。

 3．加泥、练泥、压泥、添泥要均匀，不要戴手套操作。不得用手触压泥料或伸向练泥机里面拿泥。螺旋或铰刀片在运行中不准拨动翅板并要防止杂物掉入练泥机内。                   
 4．码泥不得在有裂纹的面板上进行。泥料不能切的太长，泥段或登泥板码放高度宽高之比不得超过1：2，且高度不得超过2米。
 5．变换转速或修理练泥机应按规定切断电源，锁上配电箱，悬挂警示牌，并拆掉练泥机皮带。
 6．遵守电瓷工一般an操作规程。

 温馨提示：转动方向不要接反，不要让硬物进入泥缸里。使用前请给减速机加润滑油。
