反击式破碎机介绍：

   反击式破碎机是一种*率的碎矿设备，其特点是体积小，构造简单，破碎比大（可达40），能耗少，能力大，产品粒度均匀，并有选择性的碎矿作用，是很有发展前途的设备。但它大的缺点是板锤和反击板特别易磨损，尤其是破碎坚硬的矿石，磨损则更为严重，需要经常更换。目前由于一些*材料的出现，在一些金属选矿厂中已应用。
反击式破碎机用途：
本系列产品能处理边长100-500毫米以下物料，具抗压强高可达350兆帕，具有破碎比大，破碎后物料呈立方体颗粒等优点。

 反击式破碎机工作原理：
石料由机器上部直接落入高速旋转的转盘；在高速离心力的作用下，与另一部分以伞型方式分流在转盘四周的飞石产生高速碰撞与高密度的粉碎，石料在互相打击后，又会在转盘和机壳之间形成涡流运动而造成多次的互相打击、摩擦、粉碎，从下部直通排出。形成闭路多次循环，由筛分设备控制达到所要求的粒度。

  反击式破碎机产品能处理粒度不超过500mm，抗压强度超过350兆帕的各种矿石物料（花岗石、石灰石、玄武岩等）。具有破碎比大、*节能、维修方便等特点。产品形状呈立方体，排料粒度大小可调，广泛用于水电、高速公路、铁路、人工砂石、建筑等行业。

 反击式破碎机（反击破）能处理边长不超过500mm、抗压强度不超过350MPa的各种粗、中、细物料（花岗岩、石灰石、混凝土等），广泛应用于各种矿石破碎、铁路、高速公路和建筑行业人工砂石料的。反击式破碎机（反击破）是我公司在吸收国内外技术，结合国内砂石行业具体工矿条件而研制的新一代反击式破碎机。

反击式破碎机特点：

反击式破碎机结构组成：

 反击式破碎机结构简单，由机壳、转子和反击板组成。反击破的主要工作部件是带有板锤的高速旋转转子，在往返冲击过程中，物料块之间还相互碰撞。由于物料受到板锤打击，反击板的冲击以及相互间的碰撞，内部不断产生裂缝、松解，后导致破碎；反击装置用来承受被板锤打击过来的物料，并将其出去，主要部件是反击板，反击板用钢板焊成，其反击面上有*衬板也有反击棒或蓖条板的。
